Excel 2007 Using old data I generated as an undergrad, here is a very quickly done tutorial using the newer version of Excel.
Excel 2003 - general use My first Excel tutorial, initially written for Chem 201 students at SDSU.
Excel 2003 - adding a trendline Also initially written for Chem 201 at SDSU. This tutorial is specific to one of the labs the students there perform, and therefore might be slightly confusing to students at UCD.
